With tuition cost spiraling out of control, college bound students and their parents need to investigate which college degree will give then the most value for their money. Reports illustrate that the choices may not be that obvious.
Going into debt for an advance degree is not always the best bargain, and students are going into a lot of debt, the average undergraduate has at least $20,000 in debt.

wage could also affect their benefits
if he or she is not laid off from their
job. The Senate feared this outcome
